Parts & Accessories Advisor

Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

Working Hours: Standard business weekday hours, hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

About Us

At ROI, we support 70% of the UK's automotive brands in achieving their strategic sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. By combining innovative marketing strategies with cutting-edge technology solutions, we connect consumers and manufacturers, helping to drive transformation across the automotive industry.

This opportunity is to join the After Sales team supporting Kia UK, one of the world's fastest-growing automotive brands, recognised for its innovation, award-winning vehicle range and commitment to customer excellence.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Parts & Accessories Advisor to play a key role in supporting Kia's dealer network, suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth supply and administration of parts and accessories while helping to deliver an outstanding experience for both dealers and customers.

The Role

As a Parts & Accessories Advisor, you'll become a key member of the After Sales team, helping to ensure parts and accessories are available when they're needed while supporting both internal teams and dealer partners.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Parts & Accessories, this varied role combines supplier liaison, order management, reporting, stakeholder communication and problem solving. You'll work closely with colleagues across After Sales, Customer Service, suppliers and dealer networks to resolve supply issues, manage back orders, maintain product information and ensure the efficient delivery of parts and accessories across the business.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and finding solutions to operational challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
