Commercial Parts Advisor
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per annum
OTE: Up to £35,000 including £3,000 annual bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Approximately 44 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

ISQ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a well-established automotive business in Bicester. This opportunity offers a varied role supporting workshop technicians and retail customers, with ongoing manufacturer training to develop your knowledge across LCV and HGV parts.
You'll join a knowledgeable team where your ability to source the right parts, organise orders and keep customers informed will help keep commercial vehicles on the road.
The Role
- Identify and source commercial vehicle parts and consumables for workshop repairs and retail customers.
- Handle parts enquiries face to face and over the telephone, providing helpful and accurate support.
- Order required parts, monitor delivery progress and communicate updates to technicians and customers.
- Work closely with the workshop to support timely repairs and resolve parts queries.
- Help maintain an organised parts department, following relevant health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the commercial vehicle sector, with knowledge of LCV and/or HGV parts.
- A relevant qualification or proven technical experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- An organised approach, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
- An interest in commercial vehicles and developing your parts knowledge.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00.
- Each weekday shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00-12:00, included within the average weekly hours.
