Are you an experienced Parts Advisor, or an organised person with some automotive experience looking to grow your career in the motor trade?

If so … you could be just who Waylands are looking for to join our Parts team at Waylands Volvo, Oxford. Waylands Automotive are a successful and growing motor dealer group, with 16 sites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Avon.

What’s the Role?

Working in our small, close-knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service. You’ll be responsible for selling our parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Volvo customers, liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales/Aftersales within the automotive industry. However, exceptional candidates without an automotive background will be considered. The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. They will also be an effective communicator with an interest in cars.

  • Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm with some Saturday mornings on a rota (8am to 12.30pm).
