Role Description
The Parts Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Peniel just outside Carmarthen. The Parts Advisor will support customers and technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts for tractors and agricultural machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing parts inquiries at the counter and by phone
- Providing product information
- Checking availability
- Processing orders
- Ensuring accurate invoicing
- Maintaining organized stock levels
- Performing inventory checks
- Coordinating with suppliers and the wider dealership team
The Parts Advisor will contribute to a positive customer experience by offering helpful advice, resolving issues promptly, and supporting efficient workshop operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering a helpful, friendly experience.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Experience or aptitude in Dealer Management, such as working within dealership processes, systems, and parts supply chains.
- Inventory Control skills, including organizing stock, monitoring parts usage, and maintaining accurate records.

Beneficial qualifications include:
- Experience in agricultural machinery or automotive parts
- Familiarity with parts catalogues and ordering systems
- Basic computer literacy
