Parts Advisor - Knighton
T H WHITE is recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Knighton.
Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, with flexibility to participate in a weekend rota
Key Duties Will Include
- Serving agricultural customers in person and by phone
- Supporting engineers with parts and technical help
- Ordering parts
- Stock input and control
- Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively
- Be part of a weekend working rota
The Ideal Applicant
- You will be a team player
- You will have the ability to work under pressure and flexible to quickly change between tasks
- You will be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
- You will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business
- You will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Previous agricultural and/or Construction parts knowledge is advantageous
- Clean UK Driving Licence
