- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Every third Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join an established business within the automotive parts sector.
This is a varied role for someone with a good understanding of the motor trade who enjoys working with customers, suppliers, and workshop teams to ensure the right parts are sourced and supplied efficiently.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the parts operation, from identifying and sourcing parts through to ordering, receiving, and supplying them to customers and the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts to meet customers and workshop requirements.
- Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Checking prices, availability, and delivery times.
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered within timescales.
- Receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock.
- Maintaining accurate stock records.
- Preparing parts for customer collection.
- Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the business.
- Working efficiently in a busy environment.

About You
- Previous automotive experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately identify and source correct parts.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with customers and suppliers.
