Apprentice Parts Advisor
Location
Leek Road, Hanley

Your Role
As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn every aspect of the parts environment, including:
- Customer Service: Learning to build strong relationships with trade and retail customers, offering friendly, professional support via phone, counter, and email.
- Parts Identification & Ordering: Training on electronic catalogs and systems to accurately identify, locate, and order automotive parts and accessories.
- Workplace Collaboration: Supporting our internal technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure parts are delivered efficiently for vehicle repairs.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Assisting with receiving deliveries, stock checking, organizing inventory, and processing returns.
- Sales Support: Developing product knowledge to help maximize parts sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a career with Holdcroft.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Is highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Is self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable using computers and new software.
- Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Has a minimum of GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
