Parts Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs, and parts support to customers across the region.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll ensure the workshop and customers receive the right parts efficiently, working closely with technicians, suppliers, and service teams.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of A GBP 27,700 with OTE up to A GBP 32,000 and benefits.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers.
  • Identifying, sourcing, and ordering the correct parts.
  • Checking availability, costs, and expected delivery times.
  • Monitoring stock levels and completing regular stock checks.
  • Receiving, checking, and storing delivered parts correctly.
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Working closely with Service and Sales teams.
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally by telephone and face-to-face.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient Parts Department.

What We Are Looking For

  • Approx. 2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor.
  • Experience working within a motor trade Parts Department, ideally within a dealership environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
  • Background in using computerized parts and stock management systems; ideally Pinnacle.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase parts sales.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • A full driving license.
