Are you looking for a new challenge within the motor industry? At Vertu Toyota Rotherham, we’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our supportive and professional Parts team.
Basic salary: £29,702.40 + excellent company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am–12:00pm (as per rota)

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
- Using available promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets
- Looking for opportunities to upsell or add value in a helpful, customer-focused way
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date through regular training and company resources
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need motor trade experience to join us – we’ll provide full training. What matters most is that you are:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident working with computers, systems, and online platforms
- Committed to delivering excellent service and enjoy working as part of a team
- Organised, have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
- Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
