Gillingham, Kent | Up to £32,000 | Monday–Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays
A great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor looking to join an established automotive dealership with a strong working environment, good benefits, and opportunities to develop.
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established automotive dealership in Gillingham.
You’ll play an important role within the wider aftersales team, helping to keep the workshop running efficiently while providing excellent service to both customers and internal departments.
The Package Includes
- Up to £32,000 salary
- Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–3:30pm
- 30 days’ holiday including bank holidays

The Role
- Handle parts enquiries from customers and internal departments
- Order, supply, and sell vehicle parts
- Maintain accurate stock control
- Liaise with the Service and Sales teams
- Process parts orders efficiently and accurately
- Support the efficiency and profitability of the department
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with the wider dealership team
You’ll Need
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive Parts Advisor experience
- Experience within a franchised dealership or established parts environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
