Parts Advisor – Ferrari Specialist Site | £35,000

Location: Chorleywood WD3 6EA

Salary: £35,000 per year plus bonus

Hours: 42 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Parts Advisor to join our busy bodyshop team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, ordering, and managing parts to support vehicle repairs, ensuring an efficient workflow throughout the workshop.

  • Identify, source, and order required parts for repairs
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and customers
  • Check deliveries, inspect parts quality, and handle returns where necessary
  • Ensure parts are available in line with job schedules
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised parts department
  • Provide excellent customer service and strong internal communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (bodyshop experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with parts systems
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
