Working Hours
This role is based on a 42.5-hour week, with 1 in 5 Saturdays worked between 8:00am and 1:00pm as part of the department rota.

About The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both our retail and trade customers. Working within a supportive and experienced team, you'll handle parts enquiries and orders via telephone and digital platforms, ensuring customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Accurately identifying and supplying vehicle parts to meet customer requirements
- Managing incoming trade parts enquiries and orders
- Maximising sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Promoting current product offers and campaigns to customers
- Developing strong relationships with trade customers and maintaining excellent service levels
- Keeping up to date with new products, recalls, technical updates and manufacturer information through ongoing training

Ideally, You'll Have
- Previous Parts Advisor experience within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- A desire to learn, develop and progress your career
