The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor and Driver to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to workshop Technicians and retail customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Process parts orders, quotations, and sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver and collect parts to and from customers, suppliers, and company sites as required.
  • Work closely with the Parts team to ensure stock availability and seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Receive, check, and organise stock deliveries, ensuring parts are stored correctly and accurately recorded.
  • Assist with stock control activities, including stock checks and inventory management.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the Parts Department and delivery vehicle.
  • Develop a good understanding of customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Be organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Have a positive, flexible approach to work and be willing to support colleagues where needed.
  • Be comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving vehicle parts.
  • Be confident using computer systems and handling administrative tasks accurately.
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

  • Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, 1 hour lunch
