About Motorvogue
Motorvogue is a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.
Job Opportunity: Parts Advisor (Bury St Edmunds)
We are recruiting for a full-time Parts Advisor for our multi-brand branch at Bury St Edmunds.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in a busy multi-franchise main dealer parts department is desirable.
- Knowledge of using Keyloop Dealer Management Systems (or an equivalent) and an electronic cataloguing system.
- Parts experience is essential.
- A history of working under pressure and hitting targets.
- Excellent telephone manner and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Taking calls from local independent garages, desperate for parts to complete their next job.
- Assisting retail and trade customers on our counter.
- Hitting your own sales targets and building the customer base of the branch.
This is a varied and challenging role, suited to someone who can work well both in a team and individually.

Remuneration
- We provide a basic salary of £30,000 PA with a generous bonus structure (OTE £35k).
- The current working pattern is 5 days a week (Monday-Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm).
- Occasional Saturdays will be required (payable overtime).
- You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
