Parts Advisor - Glasgow
Salary: Up to £32,500 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)
Location: Carlisle

Parts Advisor - Automotive
Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a successful and well-established automotive business in the Carlisle area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with experience in automotive parts sales who enjoys delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers while contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a consultative parts sales service to customers and workshop staff.
- Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable parts and accessories.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Processing orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
- Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Supporting the efficient operation of the parts department.

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
