Parts Advisor - Glasgow

Salary: Up to £32,500 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

Location: Carlisle

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Parts Advisor - Automotive

Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a successful and well-established automotive business in the Carlisle area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with experience in automotive parts sales who enjoys delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers while contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a consultative parts sales service to customers and workshop staff.
  • Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable parts and accessories.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Processing orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
  • Supporting the efficient operation of the parts department.
