Parts Advisor
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 basic per annum + realistic bonus structure (OTE up to £36,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)

Workload
- Handling trade parts enquiries
- Supporting workshop technicians with fast component lookup/picking
- Managing inventory levels
- Counter sales

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist to join our busy workshop and trade parts counter. You will act as the key link between external clients, internal technicians, and our inventory system, ensuring prompt order fulfillment, accurate stock allocation, and high-quality customer advice.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive parts department, main dealership counter, or motor factor environment.
- Strong knowledge of electronic vehicle parts cataloguing systems (EPC), stock control, and inventory processing.
- Proven customer service, communication, and upselling skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Location & Commute
- Base: Maidstone Area
- Road Links: Strategic position with fast access via the A20, A249, and M20 (Junction 6/7), offering seamless commutes across Mid and North Kent.
- Public Transport: Excellent rail connections via Maidstone East mainline station and direct local bus routes stopping nearby.
- Commutable From: Aylesford, Rochester, Tonbridge, Sittingbourne, Chatham, and Ashford.
