Parts Advisor - Renault Cardiff (CF11)

£28,000 pa + bonus (OTE £32,200 pa)

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm + 1-in-3 Saturday mornings

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department at Renault Cardiff.

You'll be joining a welcoming team in a well-established manufacturer-owned dealership where clear communication, accuracy and teamwork help keep both our customers and workshop operating efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Serve customers at both the front counter (retail) and back counter (workshop)
  • Support Technicians with accurate and timely parts supply
  • Manage parts ordering, deliveries, returns and stock control
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient parts department
  • Use dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop/CDK or similar platforms
  • Provide product information and parts advice in a professional and customer-focused manner

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or automotive parts environment
  • Experience gained within a main dealer, manufacturer-owned group, motor factor, trade parts operation or national parts retailer
  • Confidence using automotive parts systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop/CDK or similar
  • A calm, professional and customer-focused approach
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment would be beneficial and may be prioritised during shortlisting, although this is not essential.

Licence Requirement

A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.

Hours & Pay

This role is based on a Monday to Friday working pattern of 8:30am-5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. You will also participate in a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota, working 8:30am-12:30pm, paid at time-and-a-half.

Basic salary is £28,000 pa. Bonus earnings provide an OTE of £32,200 pa that is achievable and regularly reached.
