Essential (You Must Have)
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar automotive parts environment
- A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A customer-focused approach with professionalism and attention to detail
About The Role
This is a varied role combining parts department responsibilities with the delivery and collection of automotive parts to support our workshop and trade customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our aftersales department while delivering excellent customer service.

- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Accurately order, receive, store, and supply parts to support workshop efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and parts movement
- Deliver and collect parts from customers, suppliers, and other locations as required
- Provide clear communication regarding parts availability, pricing, and alternatives
- Support the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department
- Ensure safe, timely, and professional delivery driving at all times
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Have experience in an automotive parts or similar customer-facing role
- Be reliable, flexible, and able to manage a varied workload
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be confident using systems to manage stock and orders
- Have a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
