Role Description
The Parts Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge. This role involves:
- Identifying and sourcing automotive parts for trade customers
- Providing accurate advice and product information
- Ensuring orders are processed efficiently

Daily tasks include:
- Handling customer inquiries at the counter and by phone
- Checking stock availability
- Managing special orders
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
The Parts Advisor also supports:
- Inventory control
- Maintaining organized stock areas
- Updating the system with incoming and outgoing parts
- Contributing to a positive customer experience through professional, solution-focused service
