Parts Advisor - Polestar - Leeds

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the team at our Polestar dealership in Leeds. As Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, so do our opportunities. We offer full-time hours and a competitive rate of pay plus bonus.

Essentials (You Must Have)

  • Experience working as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • A customer-focused approach with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
  • Ensure accurate ordering, storage, and supply of parts to support efficient workshop operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of stock levels, orders, and parts movement.
  • Provide clear and professional communication regarding parts availability, pricing, and alternatives.
  • Support the service and workshop teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and servicing.
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient parts department in line with company standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and team-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Confidence working with systems and processes to manage stock and orders accurately.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced dealership environment.
