Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a prestigious premium main dealership in Stockport to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established and successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a premium automotive brand, offering excellent working hours, a strong bonus structure and the opportunity to work within a professional dealership environment.


The Package

  • £26,000 basic salary
  • £7,000 bonus pot - with the team regularly achieving this
  • £33,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
  • Saturday mornings paid as overtime

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the dealership's Aftersales team, ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and professionally.

You'll work closely with the technicians, Service Advisors, customers and manufacturer to ensure parts are ordered, supplied and invoiced correctly, helping to keep the workshop operating efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ordering and supplying genuine vehicle parts
  • Liaising with technicians and Service Advisors
  • Dealing with retail and internal parts enquiries
  • Checking parts availability, pricing and delivery times
  • Processing parts orders and invoices
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Liaising with the manufacturer and parts suppliers
  • Ensuring parts are available for scheduled work
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient parts department
  • Delivering the high level of customer service expected within a premium dealership

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have previous Parts Advisor experience within a main dealership, preferably within a premium automotive environment.

You'll be organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with customers, technicians and suppliers. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment are essential.

If you're an experienced Parts Advisor looking to join a premium dealership in Stockport, with a £33,000 OTE, £7,000 bonus pot and no regular Saturday full days, this could be an excellent opportunity.
