Location: Heathrow
Salary: £31,000 basic per year + £15 shift allowance
Additional Earnings: Overtime paid at 1.5x the basic hourly rate
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts: 06:00-15:00, 11:00-20:00 and 08:00-17:00

ISQ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Heathrow. This is an opportunity to put your automotive parts knowledge to work in a varied role, with ongoing training, overtime opportunities and support to develop your career.
You'll work closely with workshop technicians, retail customers and trade accounts, ensuring the right parts are available when needed. From handling enquiries to managing stock and sourcing urgent components, your work will help keep customer vehicles on the road.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Identifying and supplying vehicle parts using electronic catalogues and parts systems.
- Supporting technicians with parts enquiries, availability and orders.
- Assisting retail and trade customers at the counter and over the telephone.
- Receiving deliveries, booking stock in and out, and maintaining accurate records.
- Completing stock checks and keeping the parts department organised.
- Sourcing unavailable components and keeping customers informed of order progress.
- Processing payments, invoices and returns accurately.
- Recognising relevant sales opportunities while providing helpful, knowledgeable service.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts role.
- Strong parts knowledge and a practical approach to solving supply problems.
- Confidence using Keyloop/Kerridge or Autoline systems.
- Clear communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Retail counter or telephone sales experience, ideally within a busy parts department.
