Parts Advisor
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + attractive team performance incentives
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM + Saturdays on a fair team rota (Flexible working options available)

Workload
- Accurate parts identification, handling trade and retail enquiries face-to-face and by phone, stock management, and supplying technicians to keep the workshop moving efficiently

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Specialist to join our busy Basingstoke parts department. You will be responsible for accurately identifying parts, managing inventory, assisting trade and retail customers over the counter and phone, and ensuring our workshop technicians get the exact components they need, right on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motor Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Specialist, or Parts Counter Representative.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately identify vehicle parts using cataloguing systems, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Organised, systematic approach with strong IT, communication, and customer care skills.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred.

- Base: Basingstoke Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically located near the A33, A30, and M40/M3 corridors, providing quick access across Hampshire and Berkshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Basingstoke mainline station and regular local bus networks.
- Commutable From: Basingstoke, Hook, Reading, Andover, Winchester, and Newbury.
