We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our established team at our Sutterton branch located in Lincolnshire.
Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers and service technicians with machinery parts enquiries, processing orders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries
- Processing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Promoting products and services to maximise sales opportunities
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate administration

About you:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive and professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, or motor industry parts would be advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Good IT skills, including email and internet use
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Well-presented with a proactive attitude
- Sales-focused with the drive to achieve targets and deliver results

Additional Information:
- Start Date: Immediate, but subject to candidates notice period
- Location: Sutterton, Lincolnshire PE20 2ET
- Hours: 39 hours per week basic – Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm & Friday 8am to 3:30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) Saturdays as per rota. (Overtime paid at time and a half on completion of 39 hours Monday to Friday)
- Contract: Permanent, Full time, Hourly Paid
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
