Parts Advisor – Gatwick

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Gatwick.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous motor trade parts experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supplying parts to the workshop and retail customers.
  • Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts.
  • Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control.
  • Processing orders, invoices, and customer enquiries.
  • Working closely with the Service and Workshop teams to ensure parts are available when required.
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good IT and administration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
