Vertu Renault Leicester
Vertu Renault Leicester have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!
We are offering a basic salary of £29,702, plus an excellent benefits package.
This is a full-time position working 42 hours per week, with no Saturday working, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
You'll be joining a busy and successful Parts Department, playing a key role in supporting both our workshop and customers while delivering the highest levels of service and efficiency.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing workshop pre-picking and supporting the VHC process
- Handling trade enquiries and orders via telephone
- Managing email-based parts enquiries and orders
- Serving retail customers at the parts counter
- Supporting delivery operations and covering van driver holidays when required
- Carrying out daily perpetual stock checks
- Helping to achieve departmental KPI targets
- Supporting health and safety responsibilities, including Fire Marshal duties
- Identifying parts accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements
- Maintaining strong relationships with workshop, trade, and retail customers
- Maximising upselling opportunities and promoting parts offers where appropriate

We're Looking For Someone Who Can Demonstrate
- Previous Parts Advisor experience within the motor industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A commitment to achieving departmental objectives and KPIs
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues where needed
