Dexory builds autonomous robots that give warehouses real-time inventory visibility. Our robots operate across some of the world's largest logistics sites, and our field service team keeps them running at peak performance. As we scale our deployments globally, we're building out the infrastructure behind the robots, and that includes this role.

We have a newly created opportunity at the heart of our service operation. As Parts & Stock Coordinator, you'll own the full parts and stock function for the service team, making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time, everywhere we operate. You'll work closely with our field engineers, Procurement, and Production, and be trained directly on the Dexory robot fleet so you understand not just the part numbers but what each component does and why it matters.

There is a requirement to be onsite in Wallingford for 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for all service parts requests across every region, covering intake, sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery.
  • Review upcoming engineer work orders in advance and prepare kits proactively, so engineers arrive on site ready to work.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Production to source and stage parts ahead of scheduled visits.
  • Manage minimum stock quantity (MSQ) thresholds for critical components, ensuring stock is replenished before it becomes a problem.
  • Run routine stock reconciliation across all storage locations to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Own the decommissioned-parts process, including testing, grading, and routing units to service stock, resale, or disposal.
  • Coordinate outbound parts shipments to the US and other regions.
  • Track parts costs per robot and per work order to support data-driven decisions on stocking and repairs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
