Parts & Stock Coordinator

Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Hybrid Pattern: 4 days onsite
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Benefits

The Role

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing manufacturing business as a Parts & Stock Coordinator, taking ownership of the parts and stock function supporting a global field service operation.

You will ensure the right parts are available in the right place at the right time, working closely with Field Engineers, Procurement, and Production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage parts requests across multiple regions, from sourcing through to fulfilment and delivery.
  • Prepare parts and kits in advance of engineer work orders.
  • Work with Procurement and Production to source and stage required components.
  • Manage minimum stock levels and ensure critical parts are replenished.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple storage locations.
  • Manage decommissioned parts, including testing, grading, and disposal/resale.
  • Coordinate international parts shipments, including to the US.
  • Track parts costs to support stocking and repair decisions.

About You

  • Experience in parts coordination, stock control, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience using inventory management systems such as Katana, MRPEasy, or similar.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working ahead of requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience in a technically complex parts environment such as automotive, aviation, or aerospace would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international shipping/export logistics is desirable.
