As Our Parts Apprentice
As our Parts Apprentice, you will play a vital role within our Dealership. The parts department is a thriving hub of activity and your role will be fast paced and varied day to day. Working with knowledgeable members of the team, we will grow and develop your skills and experience, ensuring your learning journey is a varied experience. We will encourage you to share our passion in providing excellent customer service, where we aim to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.
As an MAN Parts Apprentice
As an MAN Parts Apprentice you will learn all aspects of the workings of the parts department and beyond. Our purpose within the wider operation is to ensure the delivery of efficient and timely support to our valued customer base and their varied technical and sales related enquiries for spare parts.

Brought To Life, Your Day To Day Will Include
- Handling customer enquiries both on the phone and face to face
- Processing parts delivery enquiries utilising our sophisticated in-house systems to build your technical knowledge.
- Serving parts to the workshop technicians - this will give you visibility of the truck product close up and build your technical knowledge on how each individual component contributes to the vehicle make up.
- Working in our parts warehouse learning all aspects of stock control, picking and packing parts, handling goods inwards, maintaining stock levels, completing inventory checks and parts returns.
