Reports to: Parts Manager
This is not an account management role.
Role Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- A natural hunter mentality with a desire to win new business.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
- Motor trade experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience within automotive parts, aftermarket products, vehicle conversions, dealer development, or luxury automotive sectors would be advantageous.
Role Description
We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. You'll be responsible for developing new B2B partnerships, growing dealer networks, and driving sales of Urban Automotive's premium vehicle conversion and styling programmes across the UK and international markets.

Hours
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary
- £30,000 Basic | £55,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission
