Job Description
Order Preparation
- Pre-pick parts
- Fulfill customer orders
- Verify stock availability for each enquiry
- Support spare-part document collation and reconciliation
- Assist with packing as well as goods-in and goods-out workflows
- Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts
Sales & Customer Service
- Manage inbound and outbound calls together with walk-in customer enquiries
- Nurture positive customer relationships through sound product expertise and professional first-line impressions

Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels on a daily basis
- Escalate stock shortages to headquarters in a timely manner
- Coordinate proactive replenishment activities
- Carry out routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
General Duties
- Prioritise and co-ordinate day-to-day operational tasks
- Provide cross-colleague support as required
- Champion a robust safety culture
- Ensure full regulatory compliance
- Keep the work area clean, organised and hazard-free

Requirements
- Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred)
- Possession of a forklift license
- Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage
- Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries
- Detail-oriented, diligent, positive, a strong team player, and highly reliable

Skills
