Parts Delivery Driver (Full Time)

What’s the Role?
We are seeking a customer service focused Parts Driver to join Waylands. Working out of our Oxford Volvo dealership, you will be delivering parts to our customers on a daily basis.
Duties Will Include
- Organising deliveries in a prompt and efficient manner and maintaining records as required.
- Representing Waylands positively by maintaining good customer relations
- Reporting any problems that may arise from goods or services supplied by the Company to the department manager.
- Generating additional sales where possible.
- Providing potential business opportunities to the management team.
- Driving the branch delivery vehicle in a careful and courteous manner with due regard to the Road Traffic Act and Company Procedures.

Required Skills And Experience
You will have a full UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
- Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
- Excellent paperwork and IT skills
- Great communication skills – demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity
- High levels of focus, energy and drive
What Do You Get In Return?
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Basic of £26,436.80 with a bonus of up to £3k.
- 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
