Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Parts Department Supervisor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities
As our Parts Department Supervisor, you will:
- Support the manager in the overall running of the Parts Department
- Create new part numbers, bill of materials, and parts diagrams
- Place new parts orders in accordance with the company policy
- Answer calls from our Call Centre and suggest alternative parts to use for out-of-stock products
- Assist with identification of un-labelled parts arriving into stock
- Assist with resolving QC issues for spare parts, including liaising with Workshop / QC
- Assist with stock control and stock management when required

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate for the Parts Department Supervisor role should:
- Be PC literate with good keyboard skills
- Have previous leadership experience
- Have technical knowledge and understanding of workshop tools and machinery and their repair procedures
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be self-motivated and able to work well in a team
- Have knowledge of AX, Excel, and Adobe products as desirable, although full training will be given
