We’re hiring a Parts Executive to join Giraffe Group at our Mallusk, Newtownabbey office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, commercially minded and driven to take ownership of a growing parts department across two key areas of the business — our forklift division and Giraffe ATV, the Polaris ATV/UTV division of the Group.

The role will involve handling customer parts enquiries, supporting our field engineers and aftersales team, making sure they have everything required to complete jobs efficiently, and proactively developing parts and accessory sales across both customer bases.

This is not simply a parts administration role. We want someone who is motivated by targets, confident dealing with customers and willing to actively grow the department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming parts enquiries by phone and email
  • Identifying and supplying the correct parts for forklift, ATV and UTV customers
  • Proactively promoting parts, accessories and related products
  • Following up with existing customers to identify additional opportunities
  • Working towards agreed monthly and annual targets
  • Supporting engineers with the parts required to complete jobs
  • Preparing and organising parts for upcoming service and repair work
  • Ordering parts and managing outstanding or back-ordered items
  • Monitoring stock levels and parts availability
  • Building strong relationships with customers across both divisions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
