What You'll Get
Starting salary of £25,750 to £27,250 following successful completion of probation.
Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17:30 - no weekend working!
We offer 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. Your annual leave entitlement will increase by 1 day after 2 years' service, continuing to grow with length of service up to a maximum of 28 days.

At Castelan, we're seeking a Furniture Parts Logistics Administrator to support the smooth delivery of replacement furniture parts for our customers. This is an administration-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and working behind the scenes to deliver excellent service. Rather than a phone-heavy environment, you'll spend your time tracking orders, liaising with suppliers, managing logistics information, and ensuring customers receive the right parts at the right time. With full training provided and a friendly, supportive team around you, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Location
Based in our Head office location of Weston-Super-Mare, you will work within a fast-paced working environment, as the first point of contact for our valued customer base. What You'll Be Doing
You will be at the heart of our logistics operation, helping coordinate the movement of parts and supporting both customers and colleagues:
- Managing and tracking parts orders from start to finish
- Communicating updates clearly to customers and internal teams
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and resolving issues
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting technicians with parts availability and information
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong organisation
