Description
We are looking for a Parts & Lifing Coordinator for our F1 Evolution team, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team’s TPC/heritage programme.
Our Parts & Lifing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining full control of F1 Evolution TPC and Heritage inventories, ensuring the accurate allocation, tracking, and return of components across both factory and trackside operations. Working closely with factory departments, engineering teams, and the Chief Mechanic, this role ensures parts availability, supports race and event preparation, and maintains operational efficiency in line with component life requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage F1 Evolution TPC and Heritage inventory control systems
- Oversee trackside component allocations in line with component life requirements
- Ensure accurate production and processing of inventory requests
- Manage all parts returns from trackside to the factory efficiently
- Support the Chief Mechanic with damage reporting and work requests
- Travel to F1 Evolution TPC, DE, and global events as required
- Maintain effective trackside parts inventory in collaboration with factory departments
- Issue parts in line with allocation requests and component life usage
- Record and manage all component allocation changes trackside
- Maintain and develop the F1 Evolution inventory management system
- Produce post-event shortage reports based on usage and stock availability
- Produce detailed service reports and monitor service parts against forecasted needs
- Proactively plan upcoming service requirements in line with the event schedule
- Manage all trackside return requests and coordinate shipments back to the factory
- Raise new part orders where required following damage assessments
- Attend and actively contribute to F1 Evolution Build Specification meetings

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience as a parts co-ordinator/stock controller in F1, Sportscars or other high-level Motorsport environment
- Possess an excellent working knowledge of inventory management & have experience in associated proprietary software systems
- Previous experience of ERP & lifing software packages such as; IFS & LifeCheck would be advantageous
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of parts allocations, parts schedules & technical drawings
- Ability to demonstrate good working relationships with internal departments & external suppliers
- To be available to travel as & when required to fulfil the requirements of the role
- To be self-motivated & to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets & deliver results within required timescales
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- To communicate effectively, positively & respectfully with all colleagues
