Red Bull Advanced Technologies are looking for a Parts & Logistics Coordinator to join us on a 12 Month FTC to ensure effective distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare and pack items for external shipments, including commercial invoices for overseas deliveries.
- Ensure all shipments are despatched on time, securely packaged, and fully compliant with documentation requirements.
- Maintain organised storage areas and support inventory accuracy.
- Lead packaging initiatives, including bespoke solutions and sustainability efforts.
- Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance metrics.
- Operate equipment safely and contribute to a compliant, efficient working environment.

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail, especially in documentation for international shipping.
- A flexible, professional approach with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours and support team goals.
