Parts Manager – Heavy Plant - UK wide
Are you a high-performing, commercially driven Parts Manager?
We are seeking an individual to take the lead on a global manufacturer’s parts offering and play a pivotal role in driving the next stage of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for growing parts sales, maximising profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The requirements of the Parts Manager will be:
- Increasing parts sales growth through parts promotions
- Hold full accountability for delivering sales performance
- Full utilisation of technology, data and AI tools
- Develop and implement commercial strategies
- Market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Managing the inventory team

The ideal candidate for Parts Manager will have:
- Previous experience in parts management
- A proven track record in driving sales and inventory management.
- A customer-focused approach with the drive to improve and maintain excellent levels of customer support.
- Ability to manage a team and influence leadership skills across functions.
- Technical knowledge of construction equipment, in particular modern excavators and wheel loaders.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with the ability to regularly travel nationally and occasionally overnight stays away from home.
