We’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our high-performing Parts operation at Vertu Land Rover Leeds, overseeing a busy retail Parts Department alongside a successful Trade Parts operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive Parts professional to take ownership of a key area of the business, leading a team of 15 colleagues and driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Salary: Up to £56,000 OTE (depending on experience) | Monday to Friday | Company Car | Strong Benefits Package

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Parts Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a busy Parts Department and Trade Parts operation. You will ensure exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers, maintain robust stock management processes, maximise departmental profitability, and lead, develop and motivate a team of 15 colleagues.

You'll

  • Lead the daily operation of the Parts Department and Trade Parts facility, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of 15 colleagues, creating a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and commercial success
  • Maintain accurate stock control, optimise inventory levels and drive departmental efficiency
  • Ensure all processes and manufacturer standards are followed, delivering operational excellence across the department
  • Build strong relationships with retail, trade and internal workshop customers to maximise sales opportunities
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve performance, increase profitability and enhance customer experience
  • Work closely with the Aftersales leadership team to achieve departmental and business objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Parts Department experience within the automotive sector, ideally in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of managing, motivating and developing teams
  • Excellent organisational and stock management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
  • The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
