Partner with the best

As a Parts Project Engineer, you will support both project delivery and parts order execution by providing technical input, resolving supply-chain bottlenecks, and ensuring the standardization of documentation. You will act as a critical interface between engineering, procurement, and suppliers— while also supporting customer-focused service initiatives and the operational execution of (RAMS) Technical Risk assessments / Method Statements.

As a Parts Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for Generator / motor parts deliverables, when delays occur between engineering, parts, and procurement functions to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Manage parts project escalations by co-ordinating technical queries from suppliers with Brush Power generation engineering team, delivering project-dependent parts and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Supporting rotating equipment service industry operational requirements, including documentation quality and stakeholder communications.
  • Supporting and leading LTSA parts orders.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Bring approximately 5 years of experience in the rotating equipment service industry.
  • Have strong stakeholder management capabilities (must-have experience and certification focus area).
  • Demonstrate experience interfacing with multiple functions such as engineering, procurement, and suppliers.
  • Be able to interpret technical documentation, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to identify issues, assess risks, and implement practical solutions.
  • Have good computer literacy skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience in procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of generators and motors.
  • Experience with the use of ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365).

This is a full-time technical support role that may involve interaction with global suppliers, field service teams, engineering groups, and parts execution centers. Work patterns may vary depending on project priorities and customer requirements.
