Do you have experience of giving advice, help and support to customers?
We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Leicester on a full time permanent basis.
In This Role You Will
- To process any parts related enquiries giving the correct identification and information required.
- To promote MAN parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines
- To assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets
- To provide 24 hour call-out as per rota.
- To assist and maintain stock room duties.
- To deputise in all areas of the parts department as directed by the Branch Manager
- Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the parts supervisor
- To ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets
- Ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
- To liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress
- To maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere and uphold all ISO9002 requirements
- To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
- To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required.
- To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
- To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Organisational and administration skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of truck, or related industry
- Valid work permit
