Role Description
The Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing service bookings, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from arrival to vehicle collection. Daily responsibilities include:
- Coordinating workshop schedules
- Preparing job cards
- Updating customers on progress and costs
- Liaising with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work
- Managing aftersales processes, such as invoicing, warranty claims, and follow-up communications to support ongoing customer satisfaction

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stowmarket, requiring close collaboration with the workshop team and other departments to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both face-to-face and over phone/email.
- Previous experience in a service advisor, automotive, or commercial vehicle environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in bookings and documentation.
- PC literate with basic office software.
