Role Description

The Parts & Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, responsible for coordinating parts supply and service activities to support Modern Expo’s retail equipment installations. Day-to-day work includes processing parts orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records for inventory and service activities. The role involves responding to customer and internal service requests, providing clear communication on order status and service schedules, and helping resolve parts-related issues. The coordinator collaborates with service technicians, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure timely availability of parts and efficient service operations. This position requires careful documentation, adherence to company procedures, and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational reliability.

  • Strong customer-focused skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to support clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
  • Practical experience with Inventory Control and Parts Ordering to manage stock levels, order accuracy, and timely supply of parts.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office and ERP or inventory management software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience in a technical, service, or logistics coordination role in manufacturing or retail equipment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in the United Kingdom and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant vocational training or education in business administration, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
