Parts Supervisor Northampton

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Supervisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Supervisor to join a busy main dealership in Northampton. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details

  • Location: Northampton
  • Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + Bonus
  • OTE: £35,000 - £36,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm

Parts Supervisor Role

  • Support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
  • Supply parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers
  • Process parts orders accurately and maintain stock levels
  • Support and guide Parts Advisors within the department
  • Handle telephone, trade and customer parts enquiries
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and departmental efficiency

Parts Supervisor Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
  • Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
