About the Role
Do you love working with people? Can you provide the highest standard of customer service possible to ensure their needs and requirements are met consistently?
Join us as a Parts Supervisor – on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
- Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
- Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs
- Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query
Requirements
- Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax, and face to face
- Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function, and location of parts
- People-focused and an inspirational team player
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer facing experience and be proficient in IT systems and packages
