£32,260 basic plus bonus
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor to join a well-established franchised dealer group in the Croydon area. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team within a business that invests in both its people and long-term growth.
The Role
As Parts Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the parts team to achieve targets
- Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels effectively
- Driving parts sales to both trade and retail customers
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximise revenue
- Ensuring accurate administration, reporting, and data management
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
- Upholding high standards of Health & Safety and operational processes

About You
- Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or senior parts professional within the automotive industry
- Experience within a franchised dealership or motor factor environment preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Process-driven with a keen eye for detail
- Commercially aware with a focus on driving sales and performance
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to high standards
