Vertu Peugeot Derby - MONDAY TO FRIDAY
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Supervisor to join us at our Vertu Peugeot Derby dealership!
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive basic salary of £32,000 plus company benefits.
Responsibilities
As our Parts Supervisor, you will oversee the parts department, and will be responsible for:
- Maximising departmental profitability
- Achieving the departmental business plan
- Effectively controlling and maintaining resources, including stocks and equipment
- Minimising the risk of financial loss to the company
- Leading and developing the team to create a motivational working environment
- Aiding colleague retention
- Encouraging continuous improvement
- Promoting enhanced performance in colleagues

Requirements
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a managerial position in a Parts Department. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
You will be expected to:
- Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction
- Motivate and manage the whole team
- Demonstrate that you share our company values
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
