Parts Supervisor Romford
Salary: £35,000 basic + £38,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (No weekends)
A busy, well-established parts department in the Romford area is looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead the team, drive performance, and maintain high standards across the department. This role offers strong stability, excellent earning potential, and a genuinely supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily parts department operations
- Leading and supporting Parts Advisors to hit targets
- Managing stock levels, ordering, returns, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring accurate quotations, invoicing, and parts identification
- Working closely with the workshop to maintain efficient parts flow
- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining department standards

- Experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
