About The Role
As Parts Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, excellent stock management, and outstanding service delivery.
You will be responsible for maximising departmental performance and profitability while maintaining effective control of stock, equipment, and resources. Just as importantly, you'll inspire and develop your team, creating a positive working environment where colleagues can thrive and deliver their very best.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervising the daily operation of the Parts Department
- Driving departmental performance and profitability
- Managing stock levels, inventory control, and resource utilisation
- Supporting and developing Parts Advisors through coaching and leadership
- Ensuring excellent service for retail, trade, and internal customers
- Maintaining high standards of organisation, efficiency, and compliance
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
- Supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and business targets
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Parts professional with a proven track record in a supervisory or management position within a dealership Parts Department.
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
- Previous experience in a Parts leadership role within the motor industry
- Strong knowledge of Parts Department operations and stock management
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A commercially focused mindset with the ability to drive performance and profitability
- A positive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement
