About Us

We operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing 4 manufacturers’ car, and van brands.

Position

Due to continued growth, we have exciting Parts Trainee opportunities at our Telford dealership.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will work closely with a small team, serving technicians at our busy workshop counters and supporting both retail and trade customers, whether in person or over the phone. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the department through various tasks.

About You

  • Works well in a collaborative environment and supports colleagues.
  • Ability to deliver excellent service, both in person and over the phone.
  • Accurate and methodical in processing orders and handling parts.
  • Confident and clear when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Familiar with using computers for data entry and order processing.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with ½ an hour for lunch (40 hours p/w).
